Todd J. Russo

Todd J. Russo is currently the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Buckeye GP at Buckeye Partners. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President at Buckeye Partners from January 2021 to May 2022. Todd has also served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Buckeye Partners from April 2008 to June 2014. Todd started their career as an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP from September 2000 to April 2008.

Todd J. Russo has a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University and a Doctor of Law from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Todd also has an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
