Cassie Hayes, CTM, is currently the VP Senior Operations Officer at Buckeye State Bank and the VP of Retail Banking. Previously, Cassie worked at Mary Kay Inc. as an Independent Beauty Consultant, at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in various roles including Assistant Branch Manager and Lead Associate of Operations, and at Peace United Methodist Church as an Executive Assistant. Cassie also held the title of Quality Assurance Manager at Xcelerate Media, Inc. Cassie graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing and Communication.
