Charles Ritter

Charles Ritter III is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as President of the Buckhead Business Association since April 2024, Charles also holds positions at First Community Mortgage as a Closer and Mortgage Loan Officer, contributing to product launches and project management since June 2020. As Treasurer of the Renaissance Lofts Condominium Association, Charles oversees financial stability for a $60MM+ building. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Helmet Hairworx, enhancing operational efficiency in the beauty industry, and an Applecare Advisor, where troubleshooting and compliance were key responsibilities. Charles began a career in customer service with Starbucks, advancing from Barista to Shift Supervisor. Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
