Serving as Chef De Cuisine at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group since August 2015, Brett previously held the same title at Kevin Rathbun Steak for a brief period before returning to Buckhead Life Restaurant Group as Sous Chef from 2010 to January 2015. Brett also gained valuable experience as a Sous Chef at Aria Restaurant from 2001 to 2010. With an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from California Culinary Academy, Brett Maddox possesses a robust skill set and extensive experience in the culinary field.
