Linda Ferrill

Linda Ferrill has over 40 years of experience in the property management industry. Linda started their career in 1980 as a Leasing Consultant and eventually became a Regional Property Manager at Oxford Management Company, where they handled media and marketing activities for new lease up communities in a 5 state area. In 1996, they joined National Housing Partnership as a Regional Property Manager. In 1998, they joined AIMCO as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for personnel-related tasks for a 5 state area. Currently, Linda is working at Buckingham Companies as a Regional Vice President, overseeing a portfolio of 17 apartment communities located in 3 states, including new construction and development projects. Linda'sexperience encompasses various property types, including class "A" mixed-use residential/retail, conventional, tax credit, and substantial rehab.

Linda Ferrill, CPM, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Ball State University between 1980 and 1986. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at Mt. Vernon High School in Fortville, IN.
