As Vice President of Human Resources, Lori provides strategic and hands-on leadership for practices, processes and programs related to people at Buckingham. Her areas of responsibilities include organizational and leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, change management, employee relations, diversity, and employee development. Like many organizations, Buckingham is complex. With 50 properties across the central United States, Buckingham team members consist of local property management staff, maintenance, sales, property managers, in-the-field construction superintendents, corporate accountants, and development executives.
