In her role, Ashley identifies and assembles the top talent in the industry so the clients have confidence that they’re working with the best. Just as the entire team enjoys hearing the stories of the clients and helping them reach their financial goals, Ashley loves hearing about the lives of potential Buckingham team members and helping them reach their professional goals by putting them in a position to thrive.

Before joining Buckingham in 2018, Ashley amassed more than a decade of experience in professional recruiting for organizations such as Nestle Purina, Corizon Health, MediaCross, and Kforce. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Missouri State University.
