Kate Ashfield-Smith

Kate Ashfield-Smith is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Buckinghamshire Building Society since November 2019, Kate has previously held HR managerial roles at GE Oil & Gas from September 2014 to September 2018 and at GE Capital from August 2011 to September 2018. Prior to these positions, Kate worked at The Bank of New York Mellon as an HR Business Partner and HR Consultant from 2007 to August 2011. Kate Ashfield-Smith earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University between 2004 and 2007.
