Julia Casaldi

Julia Casaldi is an emerging professional in the field of business administration and marketing, currently serving as a Leader in Training at The Buckle, Inc. since May 2022. Julia gained valuable experience through various roles including Sales Teammate and Sales & Management Intern, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and developing marketing strategies. In addition to retail, Julia holds positions at Robert Morris University, including Colonial Ambassador and Career Center Student Ambassador, while also mentoring first-year students. Upcoming internships at PNC and Fort Pitt Capital Group will further enrich Julia's practical knowledge, along with leadership experience as Co-President of the American Marketing Association and Vice President of Administration for Pi Sigma Epsilon. Julia is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Robert Morris University, building on a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
