Dean Lees

Dean Lees has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Dean started their career in 2008 as an Intern/Part-Time at J.C. Cannistraro, LLC, where they gained knowledge in integrating building systems and troubleshooting system clashes within a design. Dean also coordinated HVAC pipe hanger locations and point loads. In 2011, Dean joined Rist-Frost-Shumway Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer. Dean designed HVAC systems for various large-scale buildings and performed energy modeling for LEED documentation. Dean also worked on standardizing controls drawings for the mechanical engineering department. Dean is currently working at Buckley Associates as the Director of Engineering, a role they assumed in 2022. Dean also previously served as a Technical Sales Engineer at the company.

Dean Lees attended the University of New Hampshire from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
