Prior to this role, Rajganesh worked at Nalco Water from June 2016 to July 2022 as a District Sales Representative and previously as a Senior Application Engineer. Rajganesh’s experience includes managing accounts in Qatar, driving sales growth, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance brand value through sustainability initiatives. Earlier positions include Senior Chemical Engineer at Nalco Champion, focusing on specialty chemical applications for refinery processes, and Technical Engineer at NALCO Water, leading remote monitoring for cooling water and membrane performance. Rajganesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Refining and Petrochemicals Technology from Anna University Chennai, earned in 2009.
