Lynn Sparkman

Lynn Sparkman is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in ecommerce merchandising and buying within the action sports industry. Currently serving as a Senior Retail Buyer at Alterra Mountain Company since October 2023, Lynn previously held the position of Ecommerce Merchandiser & Retail Buyer at Buckman's Ski & Snowboard Shops from July 2016 to October 2023. With prior roles at Burton Snowboards, DRAGON ALLIANCE, Ride Snowboards, Quiksilver, and Sport Chalet, Lynn has developed a strong expertise in product promotion, sales strategy, inventory management, and vendor negotiation. Lynn holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Marketing from the University of California, Riverside and the University of Phoenix, both completed in 2010.
