The Buying & Merchandising team at Buckman's Ski & Snowboard Shops is responsible for selecting and procuring ski and snowboard products, apparel, and related accessories to stock the stores. The team analyzes market trends, negotiates with suppliers, plans product assortments, and manages inventory to ensure the latest and highest-quality items are available for customers.
