Buckman's has over 38 years of experience with more than 200 employees in our five retail stores across suburban Philadelphia, carrying the largest inventory of ski/snowboard merchandise and rental equipment in the state of PA. Our state-of-the-art workshop is the finest on the east coast, covering 3200 sq. ft with over $450,000 worth of tuning equipment.

The Buying & Merchandising team at Buckman's Ski & Snowboard Shops is responsible for selecting and procuring ski and snowboard products, apparel, and related accessories to stock the stores. The team analyzes market trends, negotiates with suppliers, plans product assortments, and manages inventory to ensure the latest and highest-quality items are available for customers. This team also collaborates closely with the eCommerce side to synchronize online and in-store offerings.
