Shana Rappaport

Shana Rappaport currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Buckminster Fuller Institute and Project Drawdown, contributing to initiatives focused on sustainability and reversing global warming. As the former SVP at GreenBiz Group and Executive Director of VERGE, Shana played a key role in establishing VERGE as a leading climate tech event. Shana Directed the Education for Action Program at Bioneers, promoting sustainability education nationally, and served as the Green Office Program Liaison at the University of Southern California, where sustainable practices were implemented campus-wide. Early experiences include roles with Green For All, USC California Public Interest Research Group, and KQED. Shana holds an MA in Communication Management and a BA in Communication from the University of Southern California.
