Steve Sherman

Steve Sherman is an experienced political reporter currently covering the 2023 Philadelphia Mayoral Race for The Philadelphia Tribune since March 2023. In addition to this role, Sherman has served as a correspondent for the Bucks County Herald since February 2018, focusing on municipal government, legislative, and environmental issues in Newtown Township, Bucks County, PA. Previously, Sherman worked as an Editor/Writer at Digital First Media from September 2002 to January 2018, enhancing the production of sports and feature stories for The Advance of Bucks County. Early career experience includes positions as a news reporter for the Journal Register Company and a sports/news writer for ProMedia Publishing LLC, as well as an internship as a game-day writer for the Philadelphia Eagles. Sherman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University.
