Evelyn Hernandez Diaz, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Evelyn currently serves as the Director of Implementation & Support at Budderfly, a position they have held since January 2023. Evelyn managed multiple departments, including Sales & Marketing, Customer Operations, and Retail Operations, and was responsible for the organization's annual revenues exceeding $100M. Evelyn led teams of over 350 employees and spearheaded various customer-related initiatives, such as product launches and campaign tracking.

Evelyn began their career at AT&T Mobile Tel as a Senior Manager of Field Operations from January 2001 to August 2002. In this role, they identified efficiency opportunities, developed policies and procedures to reduce servicing costs, and managed a team of installers and dispatch associates.
