Terence Ng

Terence Ng is a Partner at Buddle Findlay in New Zealand, where they advise on a wide range of international and domestic financing transactions, representing corporates, banks, and other financial institutions. They specialize in areas including property finance, project finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, and business banking, and have significant experience acting for banks in major property developments throughout New Zealand. Terence has also worked on various corporate and commercial matters and represents a number of Chinese corporations in their outbound investments to New Zealand. They are fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with a deep understanding of Asian markets. Terence obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and held several senior legal positions before joining Buddle Findlay in 2018.
