Demi Brouwer

Demi Brouwer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and partnerships within various sectors, including healthcare, education, and government. Currently serving on the Landelijk Strategieteam at Buddy to Buddy and as Projectleider for Buddy to Buddy Nijmegen since February 2025, Demi previously held the roles of Partnerships & Impact Manager and Fundraising & Partnerships Coordinator at Movement On The Ground from April 2023 to February 2025. Demi has also contributed to gzicht as an Adviseur, focusing on financial and organizational issues within multiple sectors, and has worked at BTC Direct as a Senior Customer Support Agent, improving internal processes and enhancing customer service. Additional experience includes a role at Gemeente Arnhem in youth policy analysis and an internship at Berenschot in public sector consultancy. Demi holds a Master’s degree in Public Governance from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Economics from Radboud University, alongside a minor in Business Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest.
