Buddy
Christy Sheppard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Christy started their career at UPS in human resources from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they worked at Media General for over a decade, taking on roles such as Web Producer, Creative Services Designer, and eventually Creative Services Senior Designer. During this time, they collaborated with account executives to create multimedia advertisements and web content using various Adobe Creative Suite programs. In 2018, they joined PopMount Inc. as a Web Manager and Designer, where they successfully converted e-commerce websites to Shopify and maintained both external and internal websites. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Junior Developer at Buddy.
Christy Sheppard completed a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development from the University of Richmond Boot Camps in the years 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Imaging and Digital Arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 1999 and 2003, specializing in Computer Animation and Art History.
