Lamin Faye

Lamin Faye is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Buddywise and an Entrepreneur at Antler. Prior to this, they were with Vattenfall from 2008 to 2020, where they held various roles including Director Digitalization, Business Area Heat, Program Director, Vice President, HR and HSE, Business Area Wind, Director, HR & HSS, Business Unit Renewables, Director, HR, Business Unit Renewables, Head of Performance & Reward, Functional Head, Resource Management Center Nordic, HR Business Partner, Nordic Staff, and Vattenfall International Trainee Programme.

Lamin Faye attended Hult Ashridge in 2019 and Singularity University in 2018, where they obtained an Executive Program in Exponential Technologies. Lamin also obtained a Certified Product Owner Scrum Alliance from Scrum Alliance in March 2018. Lamin obtained two Master's degrees from Uppsala University in 2004-2008, one in Business Administration and Management, General and one in Behavioral Sciences.
