Richard Stypa has extensive work experience in finance management. Richard is currently the Financial Director at Budějovický Budvar n.p. since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Commercial Finance Manager at Magna Cartech spol. s r.o. from March 2012 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as a Finance Manager at TECNOCAP s.r.o. from August 2009 to February 2012, and at Madeta Jindřichův Hradec from September 1993 to September 2003. Richard also has experience as a Finance Manager at ACCO Brands, specifically ACCO Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, org. složka (ACCO Czech), Manufacturing Site of ACCO Brands in Tabor, from October 2003 to July 2009.
Richard Stypa attended the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice from 1988 to 1993. Richard received an Ing. degree in Management in Agriculture.

Budweiser Budvar Brewery has been one of the most successful food processing enterprises in the Czech Republic in the long term. Founded in 1895 under the name of the “Czech Joint-Stock Brewery”, it brewed its first batch on 7th October 1895. Nowadays Budweiser Budvar is a modern and dynamic company which is built on strong foundations, having managed to combat tough competition backed up by gigantic supranational corporations. Budweiser Budvar Czech Imported Lager is exported to almost 80 countries, counting among the most exported Czech beer brands. In 2015, every fifth lager exported from the Czech Republic was produced in Budweiser Budvar Brewery. Excellent economic results allowed the corporation to invest considerable funds into its development. However, all the modernization always took place in compliance with maintaining the highest quality, genuine brewing procedures and particularly traditional taste qualities of the brewed beer.
