Stephan Heiderich

Stephan Heiderich is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Buderus Guss GmbH since September 2022. Prior to this role, Stephan held the position of Vice President Engineering EMEA at SAF-HOLLAND, GmbH, leading a team of 75 employees across various engineering disciplines. Stephan’s extensive career at Continental spanned two decades, where significant roles included Head of Strategic Projects for Hydraulic Brake Systems and Chief Engineer for the Hydraulic Brake Systems division, managing large R&D teams and overseeing the development of key braking technologies. Stephan holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
