Arshia Ghasempour

Arshia Ghasempour has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Auditor in the Financial Services Industry at Deloitte Nederland, gaining a deep understanding of financial operations. Arshia later became a Consultant in Digital Controllership Advisory, where they advised large listed companies on various topics. In 2020, Arshia was promoted to Senior Consultant, taking on additional responsibilities such as managing teams and coaching consultants. In 2022, they joined Budget Thuis as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) & Risk Officer, focusing on enhancing the organization's security and risk management. Alongside their role at Budget Thuis, Arshia also served as the Team Lead Business Control. In 2023, they became a Lecturer at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Arshia's experiences demonstrate their expertise in finance, operations, risk management, and strategic advisory.

Arshia Ghasempour has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accountancy & Finance from Nyenrode Business University, which was obtained from 2014 to 2019. Afterwards, they pursued an Executive Master's degree (MSc) in Management Strategy from the University of Amsterdam's Amsterdam Business School from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, in the same period, they also obtained a theoretical certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Amsterdam's Amsterdam Business School.
