Edgar Hernandez

Edgar Hernandez has extensive experience in production, sanitation, and maintenance management, currently serving as the Production, Sanitation and Maintenance Manager at Bueno Foods since March 2004. In this role, Edgar is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing operations to align with company goals while analyzing delivery and inventory challenges to devise effective solutions. Prior to this position, Edgar served as Sanitation Supervisor at McDonald's Corporation from February 2002 to June 2004 and held the title of Assistant Store Manager.
