Carolina Belén Raniti

Carolina Belén Raniti is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager in the General Directorate of Autonomy and Reintegration at the Ministry of Human Development and Habitat since November 2024. With extensive experience in various roles at the Government of the City of Buenos Aires since February 2012, those positions include Human Resources Manager of the General Directorate of Community Approach, Advisor of the General Directorate of Dependencies and Primary Care, Private Secretary to the General Director, and Administrative Analyst of the General Directorate of Promotion and Services. Carolina has a strong educational background, with a degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Teclab Instituto Técnico Superior, a specialization in Frontend Development from Ada, a degree in Radio, Television, and Advertising from Tea Imagen, as well as ongoing studies in Human Resources Process Management at Santander.
