April Willers

April Willers has been with Buff City Soap since August 2019, and currently serves as the company's Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they are responsible for partnering with Fortune 500 and specialty clients to develop innovative strategies and programs that drive value and growth. April is also responsible for Ideating, implementing, and monitoring a user experience program unique to any environment, transforming store and department layouts to engage customers and provide a total experience.

Prior to joining Buff City Soap, April spent many years in the hospitality industry where they gained a wealth of experience in leading business turnarounds and developing sustainable retail operations strategies. April is a highly skilled consultant with a proven track record in driving positive change within organizations. April is a strong leader with a passion for customer experience and education. Under their guidance, Buff City Soap has seen significant growth and expansion.

Willers holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.
