Constance McMillan

Constance McMillan, PHR, serves as the Talent & Culture Manager at Buffalo AKG Art Museum since February 2023. Concurrently, Constance has been the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships for the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association since September 2020, focusing on building relationships within the WNY/Niagara business community to enhance member benefits. Previously, Constance worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Acara Solutions from November 2021 to August 2022. Constance's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University at Buffalo School of Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Human Resources from Bryant & Stratton College - Amherst.
