Molly McCarthy

Molly McCarthy is currently working as a Contract Specialist/Accountant at Buffalo and Erie County Workforce Development Consortium Inc, handling Individual Training Account (ITA) contract processing. Previously, Molly served as a Human Resources Manager at Delaware North, overseeing HR functions for a large workforce. Prior to that, Molly worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Seneca Gaming Corporation, recruiting candidates for various departments in the Casino. With a background as an Account Manager at Randstad, Molly was responsible for sales, operations, and profit in the Buffalo/Niagara area and Upstate NY region.
