Kim Jackson

Kim Jackson is an experienced professional currently serving as an Identity Access Analyst II - AVP at M&T Bank since November 2013, where responsibilities include provisioning access through myAccess and myIT while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, Kim has held the role of Operations Associate in Quality Assurance, focusing on quality control and employee system access requests. Since July 2015, Kim has also worked as an Ambassador for the Buffalo Bills, enhancing fan engagement and orchestrating memorable in-stadium experiences.
