Dr. Yvonne Sum, CSP, is a seasoned leadership and culture expert with extensive experience in organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Trusted Advisor and Head of Leadership Practice at L'Oréal Leadership & Culture University Asia Campus since March 2019, Yvonne supports business leaders across the L'Oréal Groupe through customized programs tailored to regional needs. In addition to her role at L'Oréal, Yvonne is a cofounder of 5Echo, a firm dedicated to enhancing senior leadership teams' performance, and serves as a senior consultant and executive coach at Mobius Executive Leadership. Furthermore, Yvonne holds strategic partnerships with various organizations, including Outthinker, Gnowbe, Actionable.co, Investible, and BlessingWhite, where expertise in team dynamics, coaching, and innovative growth strategies is leveraged.
