Steffi Snelling

Steffi Snelling is a seasoned hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton in the UCF area, a position held since July 2010. With a strong foundation in front office operations, Steffi previously held the role of Front Office Manager at the same establishment, demonstrating expertise in guest services and food and beverage management. Prior experience includes serving as Front Desk Manager at Sonesta Orlando Downtown, where supervision of front office staff focused on enhancing guest satisfaction. Steffi holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Susanna Eger School of Hotel and Catering Management, complemented by earlier studies at Elgin Community College.
