Susan Concepcion

Susan Concepcion is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC since January 2014, Susan previously held the same position at Shield Hotels from September 2008 to January 2014, where also served as General Manager and Corporate Outside Sales Manager. Earlier in their career, Susan worked at Schahet Hotels as a Catering Sales Manager and Banquet Captain, starting in August 2002 and continuing until May 2006.
