Jeanne Beiter has dedicated their career to environmentalism and improving the quality of life for citizens in the Buffalo Niagara region. Jeanne currently works as the Senior Program Manager Ecological Programs at Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper, an organization that advocates for a clean and healthy Great Lakes ecosystem. Jeanne has also worked as the Project Manager at Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper, the Executive Director of the Niagara River Greenway Commission, and the Coordinator of Creating Healthy Places with the Human Services Coalition of Tompkins County. In their previous positions, Jeanne has demonstrated their ability to develop and implement successful programs that improve the quality of life for citizens in their community.
Jeanne Beiter has a master's degree in urban and regional planning from the University at Buffalo and a bachelor's degree in sociology from Le Moyne College.
They work with Charles Oddo - Project Manager & Senior Designer Ecological Programs, James Bender - Development Director, and Katherine Winkler - Senior Program Manager Waterway Revitalization. Jeanne Beiter reports to Jill Spisiak Jedlicka, Executive Director.
