Braxton McCaleb Csp

Braxton McCaleb, CSP has extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management. Braxton began their career at Cintas as a Regional HSE Manager, Operations Manager, and Health & Safety Coordinator from 2004 to 2008. Braxton then joined Frito-Lay as the National Fleet Safety & DOT Manager / Regional Risk & HSE Manager, where they successfully implemented HSE best practices and programs, resulting in significant reductions in injury and auto claims. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Global Health Safety Environmental Transportation Director at Halliburton, overseeing HSE activities for a global fleet of 21,000 vehicles.

Prior to their current role, Braxton worked at Total Transportation of MS as the Health Safety and Environmental Director, where they guided HSE initiatives across transportation, warehouse, and logistics services. Currently, they are the Executive Director- Fleet, Safety & Security at Buffalo Rock Company. In this role, they are responsible for directing the HSE pillars across the company and implementing programs that reduce risk and ensure compliance for the organization's 3,200 employees.

Braxton McCaleb, CSP pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Consumer and Industrial Marketing from The University of Alabama. Furthermore, they attained the Certified Safety Professional certification from the esteemed Board of Certified Safety Professionals in November 2016.
