Stalin Pena

Stalin Pena possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management within the beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager of Manufacturing at Buffalo Rock Company since April 2018, Stalin previously held roles such as Sr. Operations Manager at PepsiCo and Technical Operation Manager Caribbean at The Coca-Cola Company, where strategic leadership supported numerous bottling partners across the Caribbean. Earlier experience includes Quality Assurance Manager at Bepensa Dominicana, overseeing a large team and ensuring quality standards, and Process Supervisor at AmBev, implementing production strategies for major beer brands. Stalin holds a Master's degree in Quality and Productivity and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
