Braeden Smail

Braeden Smail is a dedicated professional in the sports industry with experience in ticket sales and event management. Currently serving as a Ticket Sales Representative for the Buffalo Sabres and a Mobile Ticketing Supervisor for the Buffalo Bills, Braeden has developed a strong skill set in customer service and ticket operations. Previous experience includes an Athletics Marketing Internship at the University at Buffalo and working as an Event Assistant at SUNY Cortland, where responsibilities included managing ticket sales and assisting with event operations for lacrosse games. Braeden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the State University of New York Cortland, earned in 2021.
