Juan Lucas

Juan Lucas is an experienced sales professional currently serving as a Ticket Sales Representative for the Miami HEAT since September 2021, where responsibilities include prospecting new sales opportunities and working on cross-departmental special projects. Previously, Juan held the position of Lead for Team City at Orlando City SC, focusing on customer engagement and enhancing marketing materials, and worked as a REFS (Roaming Expert Fan Support) for the Orlando Magic NBA Team, providing support for mobile app users.
