Katherine Kraft, DTR, is an accomplished Executive Sous Chef for the Buffalo Sabres since September 2016, where responsibilities include developing educational culinary materials for athletes, coordinating meals tailored to their nutritional needs, and engaging in community service initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Performance Chef for the Toronto Blue Jays, managing food preparation for numerous clients during the World Series, and working as a Research Intern at the Hydration, Exercise, and Thermoregulation Laboratory to study energy expenditure in female athletes. Katherine's educational background includes a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics from Johnson & Wales University.
