Lauren Rachal

Lauren Rachal has extensive experience in account management and customer relations, currently serving as an Account Services Representative for the Buffalo Sabres since July 2018. Previous positions include working as a Contact Tracer for the New York State Department of Health, where Lauren supported COVID-19 efforts, and as a Media Writer and Customer Experience Representative at Retrospec Bicycles, enhancing customer engagement during the pandemic. Earlier roles include marketing and community relations positions with organizations such as Black Button Distilling and the Elmwood Village Association, where Lauren focused on event planning, membership relations, and community outreach. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Canisius University.
