Christophe Piochon has an extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Christophe is currently serving as the Director of Operations (COO) at Bugatti Rimac since November 2021. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Bugatti, starting from January 2013. Christophe served as the President and General Director until November 2021.
Before joining Bugatti, Christophe worked at Automobilmanufaktur Dresden Gmbh as the Director of Quality Production from August 2011 to December 2012. Christophe also had a significant tenure at Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S., where they were the Quality Director from an unspecified date in 2008 to July 2011. Earlier, they served as the Head of Quality Assembly at Bugatti from 2003 to 2008.
Christophe's career began at Volkswagen AG in 1998, where they worked as a Project Manager for Quality Prototype until 1999. Christophe then moved to Volkswagen Autoeuropa as a Project Manager for Quality from 1999 to 2000. Christophe returned to Volkswagen AG in 2000 as the Project Manager for Quality and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager for Quality Prototypes until 2003.
Christophe Piochon began their education at the Lycée, where they obtained their Baccalauréat degree in 1994 with a focus on Mathematics and Physics. Christophe then attended the IUT de Caen from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained their DUT degree in Mesures Physiques with a specialization in Techniques Instrumentales. From 1996 to 1997, Christophe attended ISTIA Institut des Sciences et Techniques de l'ingénieur d'Angers, where they obtained a Licence degree in Genie des systèmes industriels. Finally, from 1997 to 1998, they furthered their education at ISTIA, obtaining a Maîtrise en Genie des Systèmes Industriels with a specialization in Maîtrise des procédés et gestion de la Qualité.
