Jenn Connors

Jenn Connors has extensive experience in business systems management and analysis. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Business Systems at Bugcrowd, leading a team of System Analysts and Administrators in charge of GTM enterprise systems. In this role, they manage the team's workload and implemented Jira project for project intake governance. Jenn also implemented Salesforce CPQ and deprecated legacy quoting processes.

Before that, Jenn worked as a Principal Solution Architect at Right Networks, where they assessed quote-to-cash operations and proposed system, integration, and process changes. At Oracle, they served as a Senior Business Analyst/Team Lead, mentoring and training junior team members and managing multi-system integrations.

Earlier in their career, Jenn worked as a Business Analyst/Operations Manager at ecomMerchantSystems, providing requirements, configuration, QA, customer support, documentation, and training for company software. Jenn also worked as a Program/System Analyst at Fidelity Investments, addressing payroll system issues and managing payroll needs for clients.

Jenn's early experience includes roles as a Business Analyst and Software Customer Consultant at Lawson Software, where they documented and tested functionality for their Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution. Jenn also worked as an Underwriting & System Analyst at John Hancock Financial Services, improving underwriters' productivity and liaising with vendors for issue assessment and solution implementation.

Jenn Connors obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Wheelock College, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Plymouth State University from 1989 to 1990, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
