Kushal Mahajan has had several roles in the field of cybersecurity. Kushal started their career as a Security Researcher at Bugcrowd in November 2020. Then, they worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at WebOrion™ from October 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Security Analyst at Ersegment Solutions Pvt Ltd from May 2021 to December 2021, and also had a previous role as a Security Analyst at the same company from May 2021 to June 2021. Kushal had a Summer Internship at Gurugram police cyber cell of the Haryana Police in June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Security Researcher at Indian Cyber Security Solutions (GreenFellow IT Security Solutions Pvt Ltd) from January 2021 to June 2021. Kushal also had research internships at The Computer Noob in March 2021 and at Virtually Testing Foundation from January 2021 to March 2021.

Kushal Mahajan started their education in 2022 at Hindustan University, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a focus on Cybersecurity.

Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, Kushal attended Maharashtra Education Society's Garware College of Commerce, Karve Road, Pune-411004, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Computer Application degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kushal has also obtained various certifications related to cybersecurity. In November 2022, they obtained the DAMNCON 2022 certification from Damn Secure Pentesting Hub. In July 2021, they obtained the Offensive Bug Bounty Hunter 2.0 certification from HackersEra Cyber Security Consultancy and Training Pvt Ltd. Furthermore, in March 2021, they obtained the eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester certification from eLearnSecurity. In September 2020, they obtained the practical web application and penetration testing certification from CodeRed. Additionally, in August 2020, they completed the Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks course from Coursera. In March 2020, they earned the Certified Ethical Hacker v10 (CEH) certification from EC-Council. Finally, in January 2020, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) certification from Cisco.
