Lavan Kumar

Lavan Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of information security. Lavan is currently working as an Information Security Analyst at RiskSek since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Junior Information Security Analyst at the same company from April 2021 to April 2022. Lavan also worked as an Independent Security Researcher at HackerOne, Open Bug Bounty, and Bugcrowd from July 2020 to the present. Lavan served as a Brand Ambassador Intern at Tutedude from March 2021 to April 2021. Lavan was a Security Analyst at Ersegment Solutions Pvt Ltd from September 2020 to March 2021. Lavan gained experience as an Intern at Virtually Testing Foundation in October to December 2020. Lastly, Lavan worked briefly as a Web Application Penetration Tester at TechHack Technologies and BriXep Ecosystem in November and October 2020, respectively.

Lavan Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DVR College of Engineering & Technology in 2010-2014. Lavan then pursued a Master's degree in Power Electronics from Princeton College of Engineering & Technology from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Lavan Kumar has obtained several certifications related to information security and ethical hacking from various institutions such as Cybrary, EDUONIX, SkillFront, TechHack Technologies, Udemy, Fortinet, Cisco Networking Academy, Splunk, ERSegment, Hurricane Electric, and Fortinet. These certifications cover areas such as Chief Information Security Officer, white hat hacking, penetration testing, information security, web application penetration testing, IPv6, network security, and cyber security.
