Bhushan Pawar

Bhushan Pawar holds extensive experience in sales and channel management across various industries, currently serving as the Channel Partner Manager for the Middle East Africa and India Region at Bühler Group since April 2025. Prior to this role, Bhushan was National Sales Head at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, focusing on Corporate & Institutional Business and leading strategic initiatives for exports within the Indian subcontinent. Bhushan also served as the Zonal Sales Head for the West region, overseeing the expansion of the distributor and reseller network. Earlier career roles include Branch Head at KEC International Ltd., Channel Sales Manager at ABB, Area Sales Manager at Crompton Greaves Ltd., and Project Engineer at Sterling and Wilson. Bhushan holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
