Laura Wilsher MA CIPD BSc is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies. Currently serving as HR Director at Bühler Group since March 2023, Laura previously held the position of Head of HR at Office Concierge from April 2006 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading the HR team and managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and learning and development. Laura's earlier roles include HR Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts and Thistle Hotels, where responsibilities ranged from generalist HR management to recruitment across multiple hotel properties. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Surrey.
