Melanie Grar

Melanie Grar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Europe at Brooks Automation since July 2025. Melanie's background includes significant experience at Nestlé, where responsibilities spanned from HR Manager to Communication & Organisation Development Specialist. In addition to corporate roles, Melanie has contributed as a part-time lecturer in HR Management at HTWG Hochschule Konstanz. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Intercultural Communication, Chinese, and Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz, along with studies in Chinese at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
