Maedeh Yassaee

Maedeh Yassaee, PhD, is an Agile Transformation Lead at Bühler Group, with experience in project management across information technology, processes, and customer service, alongside a management trainee role as Assistant to the CEO in the Grains and Food division. Prior to this, Maedeh served as a Research Associate at the Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik at the University of St.Gallen, focusing on health information systems and user experience design. Additional roles include teaching assistantship in Management Information Systems and E-commerce website administration. Maedeh holds a PhD in Management with a specialization in Business Innovation from the University of St.Gallen, a Master's degree in Information Systems from HEC Lausanne, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Iran University of Science and Technology, complemented by summer courses in empirical research methods and enterprise modeling.
