Markus Ortjohann

Markus Ortjohann has extensive experience in the milling and food processing industries, with a career at Bühler Group since September 2011, where roles include Head of Process Technology & Commissioning for Chocolate, Coffee, Bakery, and Ingredient Handling, as well as Lead Process Engineer and Process Engineer. Prior experience includes work at Roland Mills United GmbH & Co. KG from August 2007 to September 2010 as a Verfahrenstechnologe in the milling and feed industry. Markus Ortjohann holds a Müllereifachtechniker degree from Swiss Milling School and has completed Müllermeister and Verfahrenstechnologe in der Mühlen und Futtermittelwirtschaft programs at Gewerbliche Schule Im Hoppenlau Stuttgart.
