Robin Fischer

Robin Fischer currently serves as the Director & Head of Customer Service for Bühler Group, overseeing the Customer Service division of Leybold Optics since January 2018. Responsibilities include strategic market development, ensuring customer-oriented services, and leading a high-performance team with a strong focus on global customer support. Previous roles at Bühler include Head of Customer Service, Teamleader Sales & Project Management, Key-Account-Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior to Bühler, experience at Exide Technologies involved project engineering and optimization in battery manufacturing, complemented by a background in mechanical engineering and industrial mechanics. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
