Rudolf Hofer

Rudolf Hofer is an experienced professional in the food technology and processing industry, currently serving as the Head of Grain Innovation Center & Process Development at Buhler since February 2013. Rudolf leads the world's largest central test environment for grain milling, specialty milling, and brewery processes, while also focusing on emerging trends such as protein shifting from pulses. Previous roles include Process Engineer at Buhler and Swiss Army Quartermaster Sergeant, managing logistics for up to 200 personnel. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen and a Master of Science in Food-Bio Technology from the Technical University of Munich.
